An online mental-health clinic offering ketamine therapy and holistic psychiatry, given a calm, credible Webflow site that meets people at their lowest with hope.

Overview
BetterUCare provides expert-led online ketamine therapy, holistic psychiatry and alternative treatments for depression and anxiety. The site had to feel calm and credible, reduce stigma, and gently guide people toward a free assessment.
End to end: a calm, reassuring Webflow site, a clear "am I a candidate?" assessment flow, and content that builds clinical trust without ever feeling clinical.

The brief
People arrive at a mental-health clinic's site often at a low point - when traditional medications or therapies haven't worked, looking for hope and a reason to trust something new. Ketamine therapy still carries stigma and a lot of "is this for real?" hesitation.
The brief was to make the site feel like a calm, expert reassurance - warm but credible, clear about the science and safety - so a hesitant person feels understood, believes it could help, and takes the first low-pressure step.
Key challenges
Lead with empathy and possibility - "you deserve to feel better" - before any clinical detail.
Expert clinicians, real science and safety, shown clearly to overcome the stigma and skepticism.
An "am I a candidate?" assessment that feels supportive, not like a medical gauntlet.
A soothing, easy experience for people who may be struggling and overwhelmed.
The first step, made gentle
A free, supportive online assessment is the heart of the journey. Clear explanations of the therapy, the process and the safety turn an anxious, skeptical visitor into someone ready to reach out for help.

Screens
Made for mobile
People struggling often look for help alone, late, on a phone. Every screen is calm, accessible and just a tap away from a supportive first step.

Haseeb understood that our site had to offer hope before it explained the science. It feels calm and trustworthy - and far more people are starting their assessment.
Let's build a site that reassures - and gently converts.
