A playful designer plant-pot brand - pots dressed in cosy, characterful knits - given a joyful, colourful Webflow site as charming as the product.

Overview
Cozy Pots turns ordinary plant pots into characters - each one wrapped in a cosy, colourful knit "sweater". The store had to feel as warm, playful and full of personality as the pots, while converting browsers into gift-givers and collectors.
End to end: a joyful, illustrative Webflow site, character-led merchandising, and a path to purchase tuned to lift a basket full of pots people can't resist.

The brief
Cozy Pots isn't really selling pots - it's selling personality and a little daily joy. Each pot, dressed in its own knit, has character, and customers buy them the way they buy plush toys or homeware they fall for: on charm and impulse, often as gifts.
The brief was to make the store feel like a warm, illustrated world - colour, character and playfulness on every scroll - so a browser smiles, falls for a pot (or three), and happily builds a basket to brighten their home or someone else's.
Key challenges
The charm of the product had to leap off the screen - colourful, playful and impossible not to smile at.
These are made to be gifted - the store had to make gifting and "buy a few" effortless and joyful.
Every pot has its own look; merchandising had to celebrate that variety, not flatten it into a grid.
A fast, colourful mobile flow that catches the "aww, I love it" impulse.
Built to charm
Character-led collections, playful imagery and easy gifting turn a single impulse into a basket - making it irresistible to brighten a windowsill, a desk, or a friend's whole day.

Made for mobile
Most customers browse and buy on their phones - so every screen is fast, thumb-friendly and built to convert.

The store feels exactly like our brand - joyful, colourful and full of character. Customers can't buy just one, and our order values show it.
Let's build a store that shows it off - and sells.
